If the union were voted in at U.S. AutoForce, your pay and benefit package would be subject to negotiations. While we would negotiate in good faith, contrary to what the union may be telling you, there is no guarantee you will necessarily get more or better wages or benefits.
In fact, you could end up with more, the same, or LESS after the negotiation process is completed.
And remember, you may have to calculate dues into that equation. If, after negotiations, you end up with the same as what you have now, if you have to pay dues or fees you end up with less.
